Lewis Chekaluk - CRA

President & CEO

Lewis is a second generation appraiser and has been working in the real estate industry as of 2002. Lewis achieved his Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC in 2009 and was awarded the CRA, P.App designation in 2010. He has worked as a Real Estate Agent with Re/Max for over a decade and has assisted in complex appraisal commercial assignments. Lewis worked with Ecom Appraisals since its inception in 2002 and moved onto another appraisal firm in 2013 where he gained the knowledge and experience working primarily with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and accountants. Having a vast amount of experience, Lewis has successfully mentored several candidates to their respective designations. With succession plans having been recently completed, Lewis has been trusted to continue with the family business into the future and is now the owner of Ecom Appraisals Ltd as of 2023.
